.Reservation Information

Please make accommodation reservations when golfing reservations are made. Accommodations are for 2 people per room.

Please specify if you would like single room use（an additional fee of 2,160 yen will be applied for single room use）

For accommodation without golf or training, please inquire.

.Dinner and Arrival Time

For guests desiring dinner（reservations required）, please arrive by 17:30.（Dinner is served in the restaurant.）

Please reserve at least one week in advance. We can provide ‘Maku-no-uchi’ boxed meals, ‘sukiyaki, or traditional Japanese ‘kaiseki’ meals （4,000 yen /6,000 yen /8,800 yen）.

If you do not require dinner, please inform reservation staff of your estimated arrival time.

.Breakfast

Western breakfast set: 1,000 yen Japanese breakfast or Potato & Rice Porridge set: 1,430 yen

Please reserve at least one week in advance.

Breakfast is served in the Club House.

Golfing Reservations
In principle, guests must be introduced by members.

.Other reservations

We accept visitor reservations in the following cases:
01

Visitors may make direct reservations for Open Competitions and Tojigaoka Day events, which are held monthly.
(The Open Competition Schedule is posted on the homepage)

When the visitor is introduced by the manager of an affiliated
golf course belonging to the Japan Golf Association（JGA）.

03

When the visitor has reserved a “golf pack” tour at one of the
affiliated hotels listed below.

Reservations from visitors are accepted in the manner described above.

Beginning 6 months prior to the day of desired reservation.
Dress Code Information

Please wear a jacket (suit, blazer, or jacket) except in the summer months (July~August).

Please refrain from wearing casual sports jackets or coats.

Please refrain from wearing golf shoes inside the main entrance.

Please refrain from wearing slip-ons or sandals.

When playing, please wear clothing appropriate for golfing. Please refrain from wearing t-shirts, tank tops, or shirts without collars.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations accepted prior to noon, 3 days in advance, including the day of the reservation.
Free-of-charge
Cancellation fees shall be incurred when the above policy is not followed.
